Hi!

My name is Divya Yeleswarapu and I am the founder and creator of Mythland and these articles.  I am a sixth grader at Eisenhower Intermediate School in Bridgewater, NJ. 

I have always been fascinated by myths and wanted to capture some of the commonly talked about myths on this web site. I work very hard to educate everyone about the concept of myths, and do a lot of research around the truth behind myths before publishing the results on this site.

Myths have always been a passion of mine, to test and learn about and I hope I make it yours too!

Our Business

Our business is to deal with identifying and documenting known myths.  We spend an enormous amount of time in trying to understand these and either confirm or bust them based on our testing.

Who We Are

Our company was formed very recently in the year 2008 and we have already won awards and prizes for our pioneering work.  We are looking to expand our team of editors, and investigators at this time.
